Information shared in any consultation or session(s) is treated as confidential. Information will not be shared or released without your permission or knowledge of the information being shared/released and the reason for sharing or releasing such information.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are late to an appointment the session will end on time and not run over into the next person's session.
Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. We understand that life happens and sometimes emergencies arise that are out of our control. In those situations we will offer same week reschedule if it is available.
If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you may be billed for a portion of the session cost. Clients who habitually no-show or late cancel therapy sessions may lose scheduling ability.
Fees and Payments
My standard therapy fee is $140 for a 50-55 minute individual session and $160 for a 50-55 minute couples therapy.
The fee is in the low-to-mid range for private practice psychotherapy in the Twin Cities area.

**Most session costs are covered by health insurance plans. Some health plans may have copayments ranging from $10-$45, depending on the plan. Check with your health plan. All client charges (copayments, coinsurance, session fees) are billed monthly at the beginning of the month for the previous month of services, and due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.**
Sliding Fee:
For a limited number of clients who qualify, I do offer a sliding fee scale. If available, fees are decided based on household income, as well as other financial considerations. (Inquire about rates)
