Therapy

Starting Therapy

Before therapy sessions can take place an intake session must be scheduled and completed. The intake is a 55-60 minute session to get background and history information that will help to determine treatment and frequency of therapy sessions. Contact me by phone at 612-314-3076, by email at info@tpswellness.com, or or complete an online inquiry to schedule a therapy consultation to discuss your therapy needs as well as answer any questions you have about therapy.

Frequency of Therapy Sessions

Every person is different and seeks therapy for different reasons. Most individuals have therapy sessions on a weekly or biweekly recurring bases. The frequency of therapy sessions will be different from one person to another depending on each persons unique needs. Others may chose more frequent visits due to acuteness of symptoms or concerns or the desire to seek more in-depth, consistent psychotherapy.

Scheduling

Appointments are available weekdays and every Saturday for last minute emergency sessions. Evening sessions are offered limitedly. Once frequencies of therapy sessions have been determined you will be placed on a recurring therapy schedule.
